    Use of subprofessional staff

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 5

    § 96. Use of subprofessional staff. Any inconsistent provision of
    law, general, special or local notwithstanding, a local social services
    district shall provide for the training and use of subprofessional
    staff, with particular emphasis on the use of public assistance
    recipients in accordance with state and federal requirements.
