    SECTION 20

    Division of the budget

    State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 3

    § 20. Division of the budget. Functions, powers and duties of the
    governor, under this article, shall belong to the executive department,
    and shall be exercised and performed by the governor, or under his
    direction, through the division of the budget.
