Establishment of accounts
State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 6
§ 75. Establishment of accounts. The comptroller is authorized to
establish whatever accounts he deems necessary in conformance with
generally accepted accounting principles for the discharge of his
duties.
