Metropolitan transportation authority capital assistance fund
State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 6
§ 92-ii. Metropolitan transportation authority capital assistance
fund. 1. There is hereby established in the custody of the comptroller
a special fund to be known as the metropolitan transportation authority
capital assistance fund.

2. Such fund shall consist of any monies directed thereto pursuant to
the provisions of section three of part UUU of chapter fifty-eight of
the laws of two thousand twenty and to the provisions of section three
of the part of the chapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-five which
amended this subdivision.

3. All monies deposited into the fund pursuant to part UUU of chapter
fifty-eight of the laws of two thousand twenty and the part of the
chapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-five which amended this
subdivision shall be paid to the metropolitan transportation authority
by the comptroller, without appropriation, for use in the same manner as
the payments required by section two of such part, as soon as
practicable but not more than five days from the date the comptroller
determines that the full amount of the unpaid balance of any payment
required by section three of part UUU of chapter fifty-eight of the laws
of two thousand twenty and by section three of such part of the chapter
of the laws of two thousand twenty-five which amended this subdivision
has been deposited into the fund.
