SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS LAW

AN ACT establishing the state soil and water conservation committee, and
creating soil and water conservation districts, constituting chapter
nine-b of the consolidated laws
Became a law April 23, 1940, with the approval of the Governor. Passed,
three-fifths being present
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
