    Merger or consolidation of telegraph corporations

    Transportation Corporations (TCP) CHAPTER 63, ARTICLE 3

    § 30-b. Merger or consolidation of telegraph corporations. Any two or
    more domestic telegraph corporations may merge or consolidate with each
    other, in accordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in
    article nine of the business corporation law.
