    Offices of the department

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 2

    § 12. Offices of the department. The principal office of the
    department of transportation shall be in the county of Albany. Branch
    offices may be established and maintained by the department in such
    places as the commissioner may determine, and for which appropriations
    are made by the legislature.
