    SECTION 146

    Adequacy of service

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 6

    § 146. Adequacy of service. It shall be the duty of every motor
    carrier to provide adequate service, equipment and facilities under such
    rules and regulations as the commissioner may prescribe.
