    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 9-B

    § 219-a. Studies; surveys. In the accomplishment of the purposes of
    this article, the board may undertake research and studies through its
    own personnel or in cooperation with any public or private agencies,
    including educational, safety research organizations, colleges,
    universities, institutes or foundations.
