    SECTION 243

    Continuity of authority

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 243. Continuity of authority. For the purpose of succession to all
    functions, powers, duties and obligations transferred pursuant to this
    article, the department shall constitute the continuation of the public
    service commission and the department of public service, and not a
    different agency or authority.
