    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 246. Terms occurring in laws, contracts or other documents.
    Whenever the public service commission or the department of public
    service is referred to or designated in any law, contract or document
    pertaining to the functions, powers, obligations and duties transferred
    pursuant to this article, such reference or designation shall be deemed
    to refer to the department or the commissioner, as the case may be.
