    SECTION 260

    Department of public works abolished

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 12

    § 260. Department of public works abolished. The department of public
    works in the state government, created, established and continued by
    section five of the public works law, as last amended by chapter three
    hundred fifty-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-one, is hereby
    abolished.
