    Transfer of records

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 12

    § 263. Transfer of records. The superintendent of public works shall
    deliver to the commissioner of transportation all books, papers, records
    and property of the department of public works and the superintendent of
    public works pertaining to the functions herein transferred.
