Purposes of fund
Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 2-C
§ 33. Purposes of fund. The purposes of this fund shall be to provide
a means for elimination of existing tolls, except bridge tolls, on the
Niagara section of the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway within the
context of protection of the rights of the bond holders of the New York
State Thruway Authority.
