    Preservation of rights

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 16

    * § 408. Preservation of rights. The provisions of this article shall
    not modify or impair rights of any party under any law including, but
    not limited to, the provisions of article fourteen of the civil service
    law.
