Program objectives
Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 18
§ 431. Program objectives. The objectives of the service enhancement
program, are:

1. the continuation of essential rail freight and passenger service;

2. the preservation and improvement of railroad infrastructure; and

3. the improvement of the quality and quantity of railroad freight and
passenger service.
