Contempt; extension of court's process
Uniform City Court Act (UCT) CHAPTER 497, ARTICLE 15
§ 1509. Contempt; extension of court's process.
In an instance where a contempt of the court has been committed, the
court's process or mandate relating to the punishment of the
contemptuous person may be served and executed in any part of the county
or any adjoining county, and proceedings thereon shall follow supreme
court practice.
