    SECTION 201

    Jurisdiction; in general

    Uniform City Court Act (UCT) CHAPTER 497, ARTICLE 2

    § 201. Jurisdiction; in general.

    The court shall have jurisdiction as set forth in this article and as
    elsewhere provided by law. Whenever a sum of money is set forth in this
    article, or reference is made in this article to a sum, it shall be
    construed as such sum exclusive of interest and costs.
