    Disposition of fines and penalties

    Uniform City Court Act (UCT) CHAPTER 497, ARTICLE 20

    § 2020. Disposition of fines and penalties.

    All fines and penalties collected by the court shall be paid over to
    the persons or agencies entitled to the same pursuant to law.
