    Pleadings; requirements of formal pleading inapplicable to indorsement pleading

    § 903. Pleadings; requirements of formal pleading inapplicable to

    indorsement pleading.

    The requirements of this act or of the CPLR applicable to a formal
    pleading shall not be applicable to an indorsement pleading.
