CHAPTER 565
AN ACT to provide a uniform jurisdiction, practice and procedure for

district courts in the state of New York and to implement the

integration of the district courts into the unified court system

for the state as contemplated by sections one and sixteen of

article six of the constitution of the state of New York,

approved by the people on the seventh day of November, nineteen

hundred sixty-one

Became a law April 23, l963, with the approval of the Governor.
Passed, by a majority vote, three-fifths being present
