    Construction

    Urban Development Guarantee Fund of New York 175/68 (UDG) CHAPTER ROOT

    § 18. Construction. This act, being necessary for the welfare of the
    State and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed so as to
    effectuate its purposes.
