CHAPTER 898
AN ACT to provide a uniform jurisdiction, practice and procedure for
town and village courts in the state of New York and to implement
the integration of the town and village courts into the unified
court system for the state as contemplated by sections one and
seventeen of article six of the constitution of the state of New
York, approved by the people on the seventh day of November,
nineteen hundred sixty-one
Became a law August 1, 1966, with the approval of the Governor.
Passed by a majority vote, three-fifths being present.
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:

7. Mandates.
8. Provisional remedies.
9. Pleadings.
