Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 1
§ 104. Bond and oath of justice.
Upon assuming office, each justice shall file with the county clerk
his oath of office and a bond in an amount fixed by the municipal board
and conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties. Additional
copies of the oath shall be filed with the administrative board and with
the clerk of the municipality.
