§ 111. Non-judicial personnel; accounting; oath; bond.

(a) Accounting. The accounting for and payment over of fees, including
those received by an enforcement officer in connection with the service
or execution of a process or mandate of the court, shall be as provided
by law applicable in the municipality or to the particular non-judicial
employee or officer.

(b) Oath. Before entering upon the discharge of his official duties,
each non-judicial employee shall take the oath of office prescribed by
law and file it in the office of the county clerk. The same requirement
shall be applicable to an enforcement officer whose oath of office does
not otherwise embrace the duties imposed on him by § 110 of this act.

(c) Bond. With such oath as is required to be filed by subdivision (b)
shall be filed a bond, in an amount fixed and approved by the municipal
board, conditioned for the faithful performance of duty.
