Security for costs
Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 19
§ 1900. Security for costs.
Article 85 of the CPLR, entitled "security for costs," shall apply in
this court, except that the minimum undertaking of CPLR 8503 shall be
$50 rather than the amount therein provided.
