Jury trial; submission to jury
Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 20
§ 2013. Jury trial; submission to jury.
Whenever a case is submitted to the jury, the jury shall be placed in
charge of any peace officer, acting pursuant to his special duties, or
police officer designated by the court.
