    Records

    Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 20

    § 2019. Records.

    All justices of courts governed by this act shall keep or cause to be
    kept legible and suitable records and dockets of all criminal actions
    and proceedings. The rules may govern the manner, form, care, custody
    and disposition of such records.
