    Additional jurisdiction and powers

    Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 2

    § 212. Additional jurisdiction and powers.

    Except as otherwise provided by law, in the exercise of its
    jurisdiction the court shall have all of the powers that the supreme
    court would have in like actions and proceedings.
