    Effective date

    Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 23

    § 2301. Effective date.

    This act shall take effect September first, nineteen hundred
    sixty-seven, except that subdivision (e) of § 2300 shall take effect
    immediately.
