    SECTION 1611

    Effect of department orders

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 36

    § 1611. Effect of department orders. Orders issued by the department
    of transportation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be
    deemed to be rules and regulations for the purpose of taking judicial
    notice thereof.
