    Judicial review

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 2-B

    § 243. Judicial review. The order of the appeals board shall be the
    final determination of the bureau. Judicial review may be sought
    pursuant to article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.
