Application of this title
Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 3, ARTICLE 4
§ 300. Application of this title. Except as otherwise expressly
provided in this chapter, this title shall be exclusively controlling:
(a) On the use by motor vehicles of public highways, and
(b) On the accessories used upon motor vehicles and motorcycles and
their incidents.
