Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 12, ARTICLE 50
§ 3012. Existing licenses and registrations not affected. Subject to
the provisions of the vehicle and traffic law, hereby enacted, relative
to revocation or suspension of operators' or chauffeurs' licenses or
registration of motor vehicles and motorcycles, this chapter shall not
affect nor impair any such license or registration heretofore granted or
issued.
