    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 3, ARTICLE 5-A

    § 309-b. Federal funds. The commissioner is hereby authorized to seek
    and obtain federal funds to establish, maintain and/or conduct such
    experimental motor vehicle inspection stations.
