    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 3, ARTICLE 5-A

    § 309-e. Reports. The commissioner shall, not later than January
    first, nineteen hundred seventy-eight, submit to the governor and to the
    legislature a report on the operation and maintenance of such stations.
