    SECTION 409

    Notice of withdrawal

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 4, ARTICLE 14-B

    § 409. Notice of withdrawal. Unless otherwise provided in any statute
    withdrawing this state from participation in the agreement, the governor
    shall be the officer to give notice of withdrawal therefrom.
