Immunity
Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 5, ARTICLE 21-B
§ 545. Immunity. The medical advisory board and its members shall not
be held liable in any action or proceeding on account of any
recommendation or report submitted to the commissioner pursuant to this
article.
