Contracts for lighting
Village (VIL) CHAPTER 64, ARTICLE 12
§ 12-1200 Contracts for lighting. The board of light commissioners may
contract, for a period not to exceed ten years, in the name of the
village, with an individual or corporation, for lighting the streets,
public grounds and public buildings of the village by gas, electricity
or other substance.
