Bond or undertaking by town and village officer
Village (VIL) CHAPTER 64, ARTICLE 17
§ 17-1710 Bond or undertaking by town and village officer. In every
such village where one individual holds more than one office either
under the village, town or other law, whether elective or appointive, in
which it is required that he shall give a bond or undertaking he may
give one bond covering him in all capacities.
