Administrative regulations
Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 8
§ 152. Administrative regulations. The chairman of the board may make,
amend and repeal regulations for the administration of the board and its
employees. Such regulations shall not be deemed rules within the meaning
of this chapter or of the labor law unless the context of such
regulations otherwise requires.

The chairman may by order filed in the office of the secretary
delegate any of his administrative powers to or direct any of his duties
other than as a member of the board to be performed by any other officer
of the board or the head of any bureau or section of the board.
