Manner of adoption of local laws
Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 5
§ 74. Manner of adoption of local laws. A local law authorized by this
article shall be adopted in the manner prescribed in the municipal home
rule law, or, in the case of a county operating under an alternative
form of county government, in the manner provided for such county for
the adoption of local laws. Notwithstanding any general, special or
local law, a local law adopted pursuant to this article shall not be
subject to a mandatory or permissive referendum.
