Workers' Compensation (WKC) CHAPTER 67, ARTICLE 5
§ 75-a. In a county which has established the office of county auditor
the board of supervisors may by resolution place all duties of
administration upon such auditor. This provision shall apply to all such
plans whether established under this article or under former subdivision
three-a of section fifty of this act.
