    SECTION 1

    Short title

    Yonkers Financial Emergency Act 103/84 (YFA) CHAPTER 1984

    Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as
    the "New York State Financial Emergency Act of Nineteen Hundred
    Eighty-four for the City of Yonkers".
