CONCURRENT RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for certain appropriations for the 2009-2010 state fiscal
year, as required by subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance
law

RESOLVED (if the concur), That pursuant to and as
required by subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance
law, moneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the
laws of 2009 which enacts the education, labor and family
assistance budget to the education department under the
elementary, middle, secondary and continuing education
program from the general fund/aid to localities, local
assistance account, for additional grants in aid to certain
school districts, public libraries and not-for-profit insti-
tutions. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to subdi-
vision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law, in accord-
ance with the following schedule ................. 4,802,100
