LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Ultra Sonic Car Wash upon the occasion
of its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on February 12, 2009

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses which substantially
contribute to the vitality of their communities and the entire Empire
State; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Ultra Sonic Car Wash upon the occasion of its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to
be held on Thursday, February 12, 2009; and
WHEREAS, Ultra Sonic Car Wash is owned and operated by Nancy and Eric
Petzold, who exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit which has fueled our
State and Nation since its founding; and
WHEREAS, The future welfare of New York State depends on the continued
development of businesses, Ultra Sonic Car Wash will not only exert a
strong positive influence on the community but is a crucial element in
the economy of this great Empire State; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges Ultra Sonic Car Wash, recognizes its contributions to the local
and State economies, and extends its highest commendation to the busi-
ness, and its owners, fully confident that, in its future, it will enjoy
great success; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Ultra Sonic Car Wash upon the occasion of its Ribbon Cutting
Ceremony on February 12, 2009; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Nancy and Eric Petzold, Ultra Sonic Car Wash.
