LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Rich Nead upon the occasion of being
honored by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who distinguish themselves in their profession and
in service to their community merit the recognition and appreciation of
this Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern and fully in accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Rich Nead, Rolling V Bus Corp. Shop Foreman, upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in
its 2012 Men at Work edition; and
WHEREAS, As Shop Foreman, Rich Nead oversees the maintenance of
approximately 150 buses; he has worked for the Rolling V Bus Corp. for
30 years; prior to being named Shop Foreman, he ably served the company
as a Floor Mechanic; and
WHEREAS, Also as Shop Foreman, he makes sure all the buses are
serviced in a timely and safe manner, meeting his and the company's high
standards; and
WHEREAS, Rich Nead may be justly proud that the Rolling V Bus Corp.
has been in the top five percent in New York State for maintenance and
safety for the past ten years; and
WHEREAS, Rich Nead's son, Ryan, and his stepdaughter, Jamie are proud
to be part of his life and rejoice in this and his many other accom-
plishments; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have demonstrated a
long and sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in
their profession truly merit the recognition and appreciation of this
Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Rich Nead upon the occasion of being honored by the SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Rich Nead.
