LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Ed Hanslmaier upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the 2015 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT
Men at Work Edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Ed Hanslmaier has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Ed Hanslmaier
upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the 2015
SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition; and
WHEREAS, An esteemed resident of Jeffersonville, New York, Ed
Hanslmaier graduated from Jeff-Youngsville Central School before begin-
ning his illustrious career in woodworking; and
WHEREAS, Owner of Ed's Custom Cabinets, Ed Hanslmaier developed his
passion for the business while working for T.M. Woodworks, O'Mara Wood-
working, DeBruce Woodworking and Woodstone Construction; and
WHEREAS, Truly committed to the well-being of his community, Ed
Hanslmaier is both a Coach and Board Member for the Fremont Red Dogs,
and serves as Cubmaster for the Cub Scout Pack 106; and
WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his wife, Jeanne, and two sons,
Derrick and Dillan, all of whom feel privileged to be a part of his life
and rejoice in his achievements; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his professional and communi-
ty service, a period of constructive involvement, Ed Hanslmaler has
stood constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Ed Hanslmaler upon the occasion of his designation for special
recognition by the 2015 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Ed Hanslmaier.
