CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY
providing for the election of one Regent of the
University of the State of New York

WHEREAS, The current term of the Regent of the University of the
State of New York elected from the fourth Judicial District is vacant
due to death; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to the provisions of
section 202 of the education law, the vacancy for other cause is hereby
filled by concurrent resolution; and be it further

RESOLVED, (if the &HOUSE concur), That Dr. Roger P. Catania of the
county of Essex be elected Regent of the University of the State of New
York from the fourth Judicial District for a term of three years
commencing immediately.
