CONGRATULATING the John F. Kennedy High School
Student Council upon the occasion of being
designated a 2022 National Gold Council of
Excellence by the National Student Council

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to act in accord
with its long-standing traditions, honoring the youth of today, and
leaders of tomorrow, whose character and achievements exemplify the
ideals and values cherished by this great State and Nation; and

WHEREAS, The members of the John F. Kennedy High School Student
Council have distinguished themselves as young men and women of
superlative ability, establishing a high standard of academic
excellence, purposefulness of life and sense of responsibility rarely
achieved in youthful years; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to congratulate the
John F. Kennedy High School Student Council upon the occasion of being
designated a 2022 National Gold Council of Excellence by the National
Student Council; and

WHEREAS, The John F. Kennedy High School Student Council has been
selected for this auspicious honor in recognition of its exemplary
record of leadership, service and activities which serve to improve the
school and community; and

WHEREAS, Receiving the National Student Council's National Gold
Council of Excellence Award reflects the highest dedication on the part
of the school to providing a strong, well-rounded student council
program; and

WHEREAS, The National Student Council applauds the work of the John
F. Kennedy High School Student Council and challenges them to continue
their leadership and service to their school and community; and

WHEREAS, Poised eagerly with enthusiasm and determined purpose,
these students now stand honorably, with just pride in their
accomplishments and in eager anticipation of future challenges,
understanding and appreciating the caring counsel and support provided
by their teachers and parents; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate the John F. Kennedy High School Student Council upon the
occasion of being designated a 2022 National Gold Council of Excellence
by the National Student Council; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to the John F. Kennedy High School Student Council.
